Getting Started
1 questionAbsolutely. We provide the guidance and every step necessary to become a fully licensed Luxury Suite owner. This includes providing relevant links, templated documentation, inspection steps and personal guidance — all the way through until the day you're welcoming your first clients into your new space. You won't be figuring this out alone. We've walked dozens of professionals through the NJ Board registration and town inspection process and we know exactly how to make it smooth.
Pricing & Promotions
2 questionsWe currently have an introductory offer of $295 per week for up to 12 weeks — that's $3,540 all-inclusive for the full promotional period. This rate covers your suite rent, utilities, high-speed internet, free laundry, and secure suite access. Only 2 suites remain at this rate. Standard pricing applies after the promotional period; contact us for post-promo rate details when you book your tour.
Yes — and suites are nearly full, so this offer won't last long. Our current introductory rate is $295/week for up to 12 weeks, all-inclusive. We constantly look for ways to make the transition into suite ownership as smooth and affordable as possible. Don't see your field listed? Reach out directly — we're always open to discussing whether the suite model works for your trade. Our current community includes over 25 independent professionals across Matawan.
Suite Setup
2 questionsYes. We offer individual suites within the Matawan facility, but if you have a business partner it is possible to share a suite as long as your working hours do not overlap. If you both need to work the same hours, we'll do our best to arrange neighboring suites within the facility so you stay close without being on top of each other. Reach out and we'll work through the logistics with you directly.
Every suite comes fully equipped and move-in ready. This includes Calacatta stone countertops, custom cabinetry, oversized mirrors, a styling chair, CAT 6 hardwired ethernet and high-speed WiFi, utilities, free on-site laundry and access to a furnished breakroom. Suites come with a personal remote entry system, a client call box and full HD video surveillance throughout the building. You're also free to paint, decorate and brand your suite however you like — it's your space.
